HOW DO THE GUIDED TOURS WORK?
All guided tours are on foot. The historic centre of Seville is the largest in Spain and one of the three largest in Europe; however you can visit it very comfortably by walking. If the client needs it, we can schedule a stop during the tour.
SCHEDULES AND MEETING POINT
We usually start at la Plaza del Triunfo, close to the monumental area. We can arrange a different meeting point if necessary. Time will be agreed by the guide and the client.
TICKETS TO THE MONUMENTS AND QUEUES
The entrances to the monuments are not included in the guided tour price. My condition of accredited guide allows us to have preferential access to the monuments, and therefore we do not have to wait for the general queue.
CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellations must always be communicated via WhatsApp or email. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance and customers who do not show up for the visit, will not be entitled to a refund, charging 100% of the total fee and the full amount of the tickets to monuments previously purchased. Cancellations less than 15 days in advance will be charged with 50€ and the full amount of the tickets to monuments previously purchased.
